Terms of Service

1. About us

We are a licensed seller of digital goods for the Mercy Rust game servers (the “Platform”). Purchases are processed by Tebex Limited (“Seller”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), who resells licenses for in-game products supplied by the Platform.

Tebex Limited is registered in England and Wales (company number 08129184) with registered office at 201 Haverstock Hill, Second Floor C/O Fkgb, London, England, NW3 4QG. VAT numbers: GB167189962 & EU372035465.

Mercy Rust is a community-operated Rust server network. Mercy Rust is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios. In-game support and server rules are managed by the Mercy Rust team via Discord.

2. Contact

For in-game delivery issues, server access, or gameplay questions, contact Mercy Rust support through our Discord server before opening a payment dispute.

3. Products and licensing

Products sold on the Webstore are digital virtual items such as ranks, kits, perks, or other in-game benefits. All digital items are licensed, not sold. Your license grants limited personal use on the Mercy Rust account used at purchase only.

You may not resell, transfer, share, or commercially exploit any purchased digital content unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.

When you purchase Products, you enter into a contract with Us (Tebex Limited) as Seller. No separate purchase contract is formed between you and Facepunch Studios or Mercy Rust as independent parties for the payment transaction.

4. Ordering and checkout

All sales are processed through Tebex checkout at checkout.tebex.io. You must review your basket and payment details before completing checkout.

You must log in with Steam on the Webstore before checkout so products can be delivered to the correct account. We may decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Applicable taxes or fees are displayed before payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Digital Products are delivered automatically to your linked in-game account after successful payment. Delivery may take a short time depending on server status. If delivery fails, contact Mercy Rust support on Discord with your transaction reference.

6. Subscriptions

Some Products (for example monthly ranks) renew automatically until cancelled. Subscription price and billing frequency are shown at checkout and in confirmation emails.

You may cancel a subscription at any time via links in billing emails or at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless required by law.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Except where required by applicable consumer law, all sales of digital content are final once delivered. Refunds are not guaranteed if you are banned for breaking Mercy Rust server rules after delivery, if you purchased for the wrong account, or if you no longer play on the Platform.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If Mercy Rust ceases operation of a server, remaining virtual entitlements may be forfeited without compensation unless otherwise required by law.

Opening an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in permanent loss of store access and in-game privileges.

8. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. That right ends once digital content delivery has started with your express consent at checkout. To exercise withdrawal where applicable, contact Tebex checkout support in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

9. Age restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase Products from the Webstore, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where local law requires a higher age.

10. Acceptable use

You may use the Webstore only for personal, non-commercial purchases. You must not attempt to circumvent regional pricing, use stolen payment methods, exploit checkout vulnerabilities, or impersonate another player.

Access to Mercy Rust servers and ancillary services (game client, Steam, Discord) may be subject to additional third-party terms. Server rules may change at any time.

11. Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Webstore, Platform, or delivered Products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of goodwill, or issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The Terms in force at the time you place an order apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
